Return Guidelines

General Return Timeframe

You have a 30-day window to return items after your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regretfully cannot process a refund or exchange.

Criteria for Returns

  • Items should be in the same state as when you got them and not used.
  • Items should be in their original packaging.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items can't be returned:

  • Items that spoil like food, flowers, magazines or newspapers.
  • Personal products and those related to hygiene.
  • Products deemed hazardous or those that can catch fire easily.

Moreover, we won’t accept returns for:

  • Gift cards.
  • Digital software products.
  • Certain health and self-care products.

To initiate a return, show your purchase proof or receipt.

Please note: Don’t send the item back to its maker.

Partial refunds might be issued for:

  • Books showing clear usage.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their initial state due to reasons beyond our fault.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Processing Refunds

After receiving your return, we'll inspect it. You'll get an email from us about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will revert to your original payment method in a set number of days.

Delays in Refunds

If your refund is taking longer than expected:

  • Review your bank statement.
  • Contact your credit card provider.
  • Reach out to your bank.

Sales and Refunds

Sale items are exempted from refunds. Only full-priced items qualify.

Exchanging Items

Gift Returns

If someone sent you an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you'll get a gift credit equal to the item's value. However, if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will go to them, notifying them of the return.

Return Shipping Details

If we give you a refund, we'll subtract the return shipping costs. Remember, if the item you're sending back costs over $75, think about using a trackable shipping option or getting shipping insurance. We can't assure that we’ll get your returned item.
